Joshua Webb, MHA

General Manager

Joshua serves as the General Manager of Harvest Grove LTC, overseeing the pharmacy operations and sales functions for both the Evendale, Ohio and Medina, Ohio sites. As the General Manager, he is committed to ensuring Harvest Grove LTC pharmacies provide high-quality care and service as well as engage as thoughtful partners to the communities to which they provide service.

He carries to this role a record of successful pharmacy operations through PharMerica and previously in-home infusion pharmacy. Joining PharMerica in 2013, Joshua assumed the role as the Pharmacy Director in the Huntington, West Virginia pharmacy. Most recently, he has been serving PharMerica and the communities it services as the Regional Pharmacy Director of the Mid-Atlantic district, providing leadership and operational oversight for the ten pharmacies throughout Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Joshua is a native to West Virginia and earned both his MHA and MA from Marshall University. During this time, he has also contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications within medical business journals.

Tim Freda, PharmD

Pharmacy Director
Evendale, OH

Tim Freda serves as the Pharmacy Director for the Harvest Grove LTC Evendale, Ohio pharmacy. In this role, Tim provides leadership and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy. Through Tim’s experience in leading and developing teams, as well as multi-site management through various operational and clinical leadership roles for major retail pharmacy corporations, he brings a strong sense of service and care to his position.

Most recently, Tim has served as the Pharmacist-in-Charge for the Louisville, Kentucky PharMerica pharmacy. Tim graduated with a PharmD from the University of Pittsburgh and is currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Louisville.

Shadi Awadallah, PharmD

Pharmacy Director
Medina, OH

Shadi Awadallah serves as the Director of Pharmacy for the Harvest Grove LTC Medina, Ohio pharmacy. In this role, Shadi provides leadership and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including leading a team of certified pharmacy technicians and experienced pharmacists. Shadi has more than 10 years of experience in pharmacy leadership, including retail multi-unit management.

Shadi served as District Leader with CVS/Pharmacy, overseeing multiple districts across Northern Ohio over the past several years. Shadi graduated with a PharmD from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Akron.
